Promoting Good Eats, Authentic Travels Experiences…and Fun

The U.S. has been my home since I took my Ph.D. in Political Science in Hawaii in the 1990s. But I have never stayed in any one place for more than a few years…and that suits me perfectly. Hong Kong, Macau, Manila, Cebu, Honolulu, Tokyo, Johor Bahru, Washington, D.C., Dallas and The Woodlands are among the places I have lived in, and I have traveled to many, many more.

After more than two decades of public policy research for the U.S. Army, The Office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense, The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, The World Bank, and many other U.S. and international organizations, my passion for good eats, travel (Japan in particular) and cross-cultural learning is stronger than ever so it’s time to seek a new direction and apply my knowledge and experiences to promote good eats and share authentic travel experiences and fun with YOU!
